Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy
Please read carefully before placing your order, by placing your oder you agree to the policy below.
Custom Branded Products
All items supplied by Hamsphire Threads Ltd are custom-made and personalised through embroidery, printing, or branding specifically for each customer. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, our returns and refund policy differs from standard retail policies.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Approval & Confirmation
Before production begins, all order details including garments, colours, sizes, branding, artwork, and quantities should be carefully checked by the customer.
Once the order has been confirmed by both parties via email, production is considered approved and underway. At this stage:
Changes or amendments may not be possible
Orders cannot usually be cancelled
Any additional costs caused by requested changes may be charged to the customer
We strongly recommend requesting samples prior to ordering if you are unsure about garment style, fit, colour, or material.
Returns Policy
As all products are customised to order, we do not accept returns for:
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Change of mind
Dislike of garment style, fit, colour, or material
Customer preference after approval of artwork or garments
These factors should be checked and approved before production begins, including through sample orders where required.
Returns will only be considered where items are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your order contains faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify us within [7/14] days of receiving the order.
Where a fault is confirmed by us, we may offer:
A replacement item
Repair of the item
A refund for the faulty goods
Refunds are only provided for items confirmed as faulty by our team.
Return Shipping
Any authorised returns must be sent back via recorded or tracked delivery at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Approved return credits may be applied against a future order where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for customised items unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will not be issued because a customer:
Changes their mind
Dislikes the garment after ordering
Chooses the wrong size
Is unhappy with a colour or style previously approved
Cancellations
Due to the custom production process, cancellations are only possible before production has started.
Once artwork, garments, or embroidery/printing production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and costs already incurred may still be chargeable
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Hampshire Threads Ltd until paid for in full.
Force Majeure Clause
Hampshire Threads Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events outside reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier disruptions, industrial action, equipment failure, or acts of nature.
