Order to Delivery Process

Our lead times vary greatly and we advise always speaking to us to gauge a timeframe for your order. We aim to complete all orders within 14 days, however this is sometimes much quicker and sometimes at our busiest months can be slightly longer. 
 

Delivery in the UK

Delivery varies from order to order. Rush orders are sent 24 Tracked by Royal Mail or DPD. You can choose a delivery of your choice, or it will be sent Standard Delivery via Royal Mail or DPD.

Free Delivery Local 

We hand deliver locally in Newbury and the surrounding areas. 

Delivery Internationally 

We currently do not ship internationally.
